How To Assemble Your No Bake Mille FeuilleDessert

  • Layer your  puff pastry biscuits on the base of your dish. Make sure there are no gaps
  • Spread over half your crème patissiere / custard
  • Add another layer of puff pastry biscuits
  • Spread a layer of whipped cream. Use half of what you have in your bowl
  • Add another layer of puff pastry biscuits
  • Spread over the rest of your crème patissiere / custard
  • Add a  final layer of whipped cream
  • Crumble over your puff pastry biscuits
  • Finish off with a sprinkling of icing sugar and cinnamon
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
